We loved hanging out by the sun terrace and taking a stroll in the garden area to unwind after a busy day. The location of Villa Westend Hotel An Der Messe is really convenient, close to the exhibition center. The reception staff could speak fluent English, which made check-in smooth. Rooms are quite spacious, but some furnishings felt outdated and in need of refreshing. I enjoyed the breakfast. it offered a good variety and was a pleasant way to start the day. However, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly, which made for an uncomfortable night. Some staff interactions were less friendly than expected, leaving a bit of a sour taste. A little more attention to room maintenance and staff training would really elevate the experience.
